You have a 10% discount for advanced payments,you can select the option on the booking form

How do I cancel a booking?

You must comunicate us with 48 in advance

My booking confirmation ?

Normally is sent before 24 Hours of your booking by email,if you want the confirmation by whatsapp too

What are the insurance options?

No options because is all included price

What is your fuel policy?

No charge for fuel the car must be returned with the same level of fuel,Normally we delivery the car with 1/4,1/2

How do I collect the car at the aiport?

Just at the airport 30 Meters in front of the airport

Which documents do I need when I collect my hire car?

Driving licence and passport

How can I pay for my rental?

You can pay in cash or by credit card

Which credit cards do you accept?

VISA,MASTERCARD

How can I pay in cash?

For payment in cash is mandatory to leave a deposit from 300-600 Eur

What happens if my flight is delayed?

If you sent us the correct flight details we always wait the client ,even if the office is close.
If you flight arrive after 22:00 a charge of 30 Eur will be apply

Are there any out of hours collection or return charges?

If you arrive between 08:00 and 22:00 there are no extra charges. If you arrive or return the car between 22:00 and 08:00 there is an out of hours charge of 30€.

What happens if the car breaks down?

In the unlikely event of an accident or breakdown you should immediately call our emergency free phone number on 902 33 34 33 press option 1 and option 1 again .

What should I do if I want to extend the rental?

If you would like to extend the rental all you have to do is contact-us by all methods we offer at least 24 Hours before your rental finish.

When I return the car, how long should I allow for getting to the airport?

It is immediatly because we meet our clients outside of T3 directly at the airport 10 meters from the checking area

What is the minimum age for renting with Allinclusivecarhiremalaga?

21 years old 3 Years experience,but you can always drive paying Young driver insurance

Can I take the hire car out of Spain?

The car is limit to Spain.
Portugal,Gibraltar must be comunicate to us for special insurance

Can someone else drive the car during my rental?

Yes the drivers added to the contract as additional drivers,you can add 2 more drivers with no cost

What is not covered by any insurance:

Damage to a third party or to the hire vehicle due to negligence or inappropriate driving.
Loss of child seats.
Theft of the vehicle with keys left in the ignition.If the car is Stolen you must have the keys in order to cover by insurance
Loss or damage to aerials, jack, safety triangles and vests, windscreen wipers, petrol cap, luggage covers or any other fixed or mobile component of the vehicle.
Damage to the engine through negligence.
Damage to Clutch
Damage caused to the vehicle or to persons through driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Fines incurred during the hire period are the responsibility of the driver of the vehicle.
Refueling with the wrong type of petrol.
Loss/Damage/Theft of keys.
